PT Edsen Gudang Komputerindo, also known as ED-SEN Consulting was established in the year 2014. ED-SEN Consulting was born because of the growing demand for Information Technology and Management services in Indonesia. In the beginning, ED-SEN Consulting focused only on business intelligence because of the experience and the professional services of their qualified human resources. As time went by, ED-SEN Consulting evolved to offer other solutions such as creating applications based on market demand, an application that can be adjusted based on standard business processes, and a monitoring application to measure the organization's performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good in Technical Documentation.
• Have 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Able to communicate with key users from technical perspectives.
• Good troubleshooting skills in data, system, and related activity.
• Graduated from Information Technology / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
• Good in Object Oriented Programming / Functional Programming.
• Have good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience in leading, managing, and developing the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
• Create detailed project planning and resource planning.
• Monitor project progress in alignment with the work scope and quality of work, and ensure deliverables are developed as required.
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Analyze project progress to ensure the team adheres to project requirements.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules and scopes, budget allocations, and implementation plans.
• Create a detailed monthly plan for the whole team.
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards.
• Monitor and manage project administrations (Contractual Agreements, BAST, SIT, QAT, UAT, Invoices, etc.) and ensure they are well documented.
• Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.
