Provide technical operations support for internal and external stakeholders of Traveloka Accommodation products and systems and manage the coordination independently

Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

Extensive work experience in product support or software technical support or having experience/project/technical proficiency is preferable.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present concepts/ideas to different types of audiences.

Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field.

Proven experience in product operations within financial services or technology.

Good Mandarin language skill is a huge plus.

Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

• Assist in product requirements gathering and market research
