Zumvet is a Singapore-based online pet healthcare platform - we connect veterinary professionals with pet parents to deliver accessible, affordable, and high-quality care through video consults and home-based services. We help pet owners triage emergency situations and can serve as a first point of contact for owners to decide if a physical consultation is required. Animal healthcare is made more convenient through medication delivery and home-based services.

We are looking for an Operations Intern for ZumVet. Reporting directly to our management team, your core responsibilities will be to support the operations side for ZumVet in Jakarta. You will also support multi-channel marketing activities, in particular, to raise awareness and drive sign-ups. Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Create a plan of action, set project goals, and manage to completion
• Work following project briefs and deliver frequent project updates
• Coordinate with product management to determine research objectives
• Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information
• Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements
• Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies
• Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and competitors
• Identify market trends and patterns while picking out signals from the noise
• Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
• The document, report, and present research findings to management and end-users
• Test research methodologies to confirm the intended purpose of the evaluation

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
