Admin Operations Intern Jobs

Mahasiswa jurusan Management, Teknik Industri, atau sejenisnya.

Have knowledge about inventory data, point of sale, tracking distribution

Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programmes

Has min. > 2 years of experience in admin role

Experience working in E-commerce/Hyper Growth Business company would be a plus point

Proficient computer skills (MS Office) especially in excel and google sheets

Handle and coordinate project administrative support

Organize and Maintain sales database

Provide ad hoc support for Business Development Team

Support various operational function and responsibilities

AD-Hoc project team, will be at the forefront of exciting new project and establish the foundation and procedure

Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major

Last year student or Fresh graduates are welcome

Have experience in handling administration tasks.

Through able & to manage work time based on the priority scale

Perform an analysis of the reporting results.

Make effective information to all agents.

Reporting all activities for Learning & Development purposes.

Final year students/D3/or Fresh graduates are welcome.

Membuat dan me-manage database anak/sponsor/donatur/volunteer, dll.

Me-manage operasional Online Store BP (cek/data/pengiriman)

Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja di sebuah Yayasan/NGO.

Terbiasa dengan melakukan pekerjaan di lapangan/field work.

Cakap dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Word.

Pernah menggunakan/mempunyai pengalaman menggunakan Google Drive.

Coordinate with product management to determine research objectives

The document, report, and present research findings to management and end-users

Create a plan of action, set project goals, and manage to completion

Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

Able to work in Pintarnya Head Office or Remotely

Have a personal cell phone & laptop

Final year students or Fresh graduates majoring in any field

Have a good understanding of Google Spreadsheet and / or Microsoft Excel

Fast learner and has good sense of ownership

Available to intern for 3 months

Support in product qualification package

Able to work together as team, preferred who have experience in an organization

Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence

Implement lean manufacturing concept to reduce waste and improve efficiency of repairs product line
