Product Operations Intern Jobs

Responsibilities

As our Product Operations Intern, you will play a substantial role in Deall's Product Development team.

You'll dive deep into our database, improve our data accuracy, generate insights, and create recommendations for the product & business. Your efforts will have a direct influence over our customer's product habits and will roll out products that remove the friction from our users' job-seeking journey.

• Collaborate with PMs, Business & Engineers to deliver highly impactful product
• Take care of the breadth & depth of huge amount of data available across different tools or pipelines to improve our job matching algorithm
• Analyze the data & improve recommendation quality
• Prepare, verifies & ensure the maximum quality of our data logs

Requirements

• Final year college students are strongly preferable
• Critical & meticulous and understand the devils are in the details
• Excellent communicator & team player
• Familiar with Excel & processing huge datasets
• High interest in Data Processing & Analytics
• Highly committed to the role – willing to spend min. of 5 hours/day in the span of 3 months
