Job Description
Credit Products Delivery (CPD), under Commercial Bank Wholesale Lending Services, is a dedicated lending & trade finance execution support function with the ultimate goal of providing a superior client experience ensuring timely client focused service whilst retaining a strong risk and control framework locally and partnership with regional and global teams to deliver consistently across J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank. The team supports the Bankers and Trade Sales and works closely with business partners across Credit, Legal, Compliance and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model and seamless execution.


You will supporting the Credit Facility related regulatory reporting and the facilitation and management of the deal lifecycle from mandate through to execution and serving as the first point of contact for Bankers and Trade Sales, providing transaction support, and managing the document execution and deal closing process. You will also participate in selected strategic enhancements and change initiatives on behalf of Credit Product Delivery.


You will report to the Head of Indonesia Credit Product Delivery. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Job Responsibilities


  • You will partner with and support business partners across Global Corporate Bank, Commercial Bank, Credit, Product, Legal and line of business operations
  • Work across functional areas to ensure all operational, financial and technology risks have been addressed
  • Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations
  • Drive the end-to-end transaction execution process across support teams ranging from front office (including Credit Risk, Bankers, Sales) to back office (including Documentation, Collateral and core transaction processing teams) providing leadership, transparency and accountability
  • Design and prepare the Monthly Credit Facility Reporting to Operation
  • Work with Business and Technology partners in setting priorities within the competing business strategies
  • Delivery of best-in-class credit documentation processes including managing the preparation, negotiation and execution of credit/ product agreements, deal closing process, ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents and conditions precedent
  • Actively contribute to WLS wider projects & initiatives


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution
  • Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups
  • College degree with 5+ years of working experience in either Regulatory Reporting, Credit and Transaction Management, Credit Execution, Front Office, Credit or Legal documentation space.
  • A great knowledge in SLIK or any OJK Regulatory Reporting is a plus
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
  • Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required)
