Acknowledges and answers the emails coming in the M2E Helpdesk within the agreed SLA.

With at least two (2) years work experience in the same capacity and in related fields

Excellent knowledge of Facebook and other social media best practices

Collates and prepares data received through these channels for the consumption of relevant stakeholders.

Graduate of any business course

Certification of AWS / GCP / GWS / Alibaba / Cloud

Significant and demonstrable experience in Cloud Provisioning

Actively support client’s migration to the cloud, moving data and workloads without affecting their daily operations, sometimes after-hours.

Keep contacts update along the way and provide comprehensive documentation of work progress and results.

Collaborate efficiently and communicate openly with everyone, Inside and outside of regular office hours.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required)

Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups

Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations

Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution

A great knowledge in SLIK or any OJK Regulatory Reporting is a plus

Drive the compliance and enhancement of Worley Project Management procedures with Project Management team.

Ensure the growing capability of our people in the project management and project engineering discipline.

Ensure that client requirements and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed effectively

Ensure all personnel are suitably trained according to the Project Management development plan

Implement the formal competency based assessment and development programme for all project management personnel

Develop and implement training budget for project management personnel
