Job Description

Your Role

The e-Services Officer is responsible for the email and social media channels of Customer Care catering to MPI clients which includes but not limited to credit card clients, consumer loan clients, deposits clients, corporate clients etc.


How you will contribute

  • Acknowledges and answers the emails coming in the Customer Care email and social media channel within the agreed SLA.
  • Ensures that MPI clients inquiries, requests and complaints funneled via these channels are properly acknowledged and/or responded to in a timely manner and as applicable, resolved and closed within reasonable turnaround time.
  • Assess if the details needed to fulfill the service request is in place, was forwarded to the proper fulfillment unit and is compliant to existing policies.
  • Handles the FB social media platform and ensures concerns are properly acknowledged and/or responded to in a timely manner and as applicable, resolved and closed within a reasonable turnaround time.
  • Acknowledges and answers the emails coming in the M2E Helpdesk within the agreed SLA.
  • Collates and prepares data received through these channels for the consumption of relevant stakeholders.


What we are looking for

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook and other social media best practices
  • With at least two (2) years work experience in the same capacity and in related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Graduate of any business course
