Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with all staff and leaders in HR in order to reach a right interpretation of the policies.
  • Develop new HR policies and procedures which provide practical guidance for all related staffs.
  • Review existing HR Policies, identify and analyze necessary changes.
  • Provide advice on application based on best practice.
  • Ensure policies are up-to-date and in accordance with government regulation.


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in government regulation related to HR policy
  • Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university
  • Work Location in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
  • Proficient in Ms. Visio
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Min. 3 years of working experiences in the related fields, experience in property industry would be advantage
