Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement training & development programs
  • Formulate regulations & SOP
  • Manage attendance & payroll
  • Manage performance evaluations for all employees
  • Conduct employee recruitment & assessment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience as HR Staff/ Operations
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, strong analytical
  • Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
