Job Description

Join our brand new office in BSD, Indonesia and be the first one to help us recruit and inspire a numerous amount of talented people. You’ll assist in every step of the recruitment process as well as various HR-related topics: appraisals, retention, employer branding, team building, etc. As a central resource within the company, you will also be a crucial point of contact for employees.


You will be working closely with the management but will have plenty of flexibility to manage your own projects and expand our presence in Indonesia. You will work independently, but never alone - meaning that you are expected to be proactive and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • General office management tasks
  • Having the freedom to continuously optimize our HR-processes
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and effectively
  • Provide daily support to employees on HR related questions
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Welcome new employees to the company by conducting orientation
  • Source and expand our candidate pool through various channels, including but not limited to: internal events, job fairs, online posts, local universities, regional channels, etc.
  • Organize fun recruiting events and attend local job fairs to scope out the right candidates
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including but not limited to: leave management, on/off-boarding, company events, job fairs, meetings, etc.
  • Recruit top talents to join our brand new office under various positions


MUST HAVE

  • Genuine interest for HR and recruitment, and to grow the team
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Prior experience/exposure to local HR operation and good knowledge of local HR policies
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher


NICE TO HAVE

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Immediate availability
