We are looking for HR Operations Specialist

Jobdesc:

- Responsible for HR functions such as employee database, employment contract, etc

- Responsible for Payroll processing and compensation and benefit

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, having experiences in Advertising Agency is a plus

- 2-4+ years experience in HR Operation

- Understand & strong knowledge about HR Operation such as Payroll System, Employment Contract, BPJS System, etc

- Knowing in HR policies and procedures

- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and people skills

- Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines

- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
