Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required)

Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups

Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations

Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution

A great knowledge in SLIK or any OJK Regulatory Reporting is a plus

- 7-10 years of experience

Responsible to nurture the partnerships handed over from MSME Partnership Team (1 to 100 growth), which includes:

- Understanding Partner's business model, along with Partner and BNC's cooperation model.

- Deliver the value proposition that BNC designs in the business development stage, and to sharpen overtime.

- A mix of Banking and Fintech exposure is best, but open to consider all-time bankers

- Possess technical troubleshooting and model improvement ability

•Bachelor's degree in management/industry/machine or related to it

Memastikan NPL minimal 60 hari setiap akhir bulan berjalan dan akhir tahunnya maksimum adalah 4%.

Penetrasi pasar dalam radius 5 km dari Unit, Plasma radius 10 KM dari Unit.

Monitor pembayaran pinjaman debitur dan Monitor portofolio kredit (hasil penjualan AO).

Menagih keterlambatan pembayaran debitur dan juga biaya keterlambatan dari debitur/pelanggan yang menunggak.

Melakukan pelaporan DSAR hasil penjualan setiap hari kepada Team Leader.
