Non-Technical Capabilities: Self Motivation, adaptation, communication, negotiation.

Develop strategies for the network services engineer team to support implementation and post sales activities.

• Manage team members and their productivity.

• Monitoring the performance of document delivery vendors to ensure delivery SLA targets are achieved.

• Conduct escalation to superiors to resolve operational problems that occur.

• Reporting on the progress of work implementation and ongoing projects to superiors.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required)

Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups

Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations

Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution

A great knowledge in SLIK or any OJK Regulatory Reporting is a plus

Drive the compliance and enhancement of Worley Project Management procedures with Project Management team.

Ensure the growing capability of our people in the project management and project engineering discipline.

Ensure that client requirements and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed effectively

Ensure all personnel are suitably trained according to the Project Management development plan

Implement the formal competency based assessment and development programme for all project management personnel

Develop and implement training budget for project management personnel

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification and other Project Management Certifications will be plus points.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification and other Project Management Certifications, plus point.

Driving Rapid Response resolution (Incident Ticket Management) under your portfolio

Manage a portfolio of existing and new projects from a end to end Delivery perspective

Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements.

Be the Liaison between Product Manager, Scrum Team and Stakeholders

5+ years of experience working in technology consulting or software delivery management.

2+ years of experience as a project manager using Agile methodologies.

Manage a team of Toptal Project Managers, Developers, and Designers.

Manage client expectations and ensure clients provide all necessary inputs during the entire project lifecycle.

Atleast 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management

Review project profitability and other agreed parameters and provide relevant status reports to the management and customer.

Experience in Requirement Analysis & Design, Prepare and Propose high level solution to customer

Work with the project team to identify and harness technical resources and capabilities required to deliver production

Bachelor's degree in a business or related field,or comparable professional experience may be considered.

At least 5 years’ experience in IT/software environment and 2 years focus in project management.

Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools

Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks

Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes, ability to monitor and control project budgets.

Perform deep discovery sessions with prospects to better understand their business process and requirements, define product, service scope and man-days estimation
