Job responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties including Branch Offices, Biller Companies, Telecommunications Companies, Tax Offices and Switching Network Vendors to support biller settlement services and ATM Switching.

• Carry out intensive discussions and brainstorming with superiors to improve work processes and procedures, in order to realize fast, accurate and low-cost transaction services.

• Ensuring the availability of SOPs and SLAs as well as carrying out the obligation to review, improve and adjust to new regulations at least 1 time a year or can be accelerated when changes in work processes occur.

• Organize, coordinate and supervise team members to ensure service transaction processes can be carried out with zero fraud.

• Download, check and approve data transfer and settlement for payment to Biller Companies, Telecommunications Companies, Tax Offices and Network Switching Vendors with dual control transaction processing.

• Monitoring the performance of document delivery vendors to ensure delivery SLA targets are achieved.

• Conduct escalation to superiors to resolve operational problems that occur.

• Reporting on the progress of work implementation and ongoing projects to superiors.

• Follow up on the findings of the Auditors, both internal and external, according to the agreed targets.

• Manage team members and their productivity.
