Service Delivery Manager (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Guide the project team to execute the construction work of ICT projects and ensure the project is delivered on time;
• Be responsible for the cooperation management with Party A, subcontractors and other equipment manufacturers during the project implementation;
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.
• Responsible for project planning, progress control, risk control, quality control, cost control, phase reporting and project summary;
• Organize the compilation of project completion data, participate in project completion acceptance, be responsible for the preparation or review of project settlement, and be responsible for the recovery of project progress funds;

Requirements:

• Well organized, able to multi-task, good time management and prioritization abilities.
• Familiar with project management methods, with more than 3 years of experience in the implementation and management of system integration projects;
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role.
• Occasional travel is required
• Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication, electronics and PMP certificate are preferred.
• Familiar with firewall, network equipment, monitoring, access control card, LED large screen, server, storage, data center, VM virtualization, IP networking and other ICT related majors ,equipment, and manufactures in the industry.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and resilient under pressure demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, willing to work extra hours when required
• Proficiency in other languages such as Chinese will be an added advantage.
