Job Description
  • Acquire and integrate customer service competencies, create synergies with other departments, and lead the organization to better understand customers through company policies.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve, maintain, and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the customer.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Willing and ready to learn about company's product and policies
  • Tech savy for communication purposes
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree from Communication, Management, PR, or similar field.
