Minimum 2 years' experience as Commercial Banking, Retail Commercial Banking and Multifinance

Collaborate with Sales team to find and offer the Fishlog financing product to partner and SME costumer

Have a knowledge about financing policy and document

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Strong credit and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements (e.g. Loans, Trade finance, specific local market knowledge where required)

Strong relationship management and partnership with the Business, Technology and Corporate groups

Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations

Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution

A great knowledge in SLIK or any OJK Regulatory Reporting is a plus

- Must Having Good Communication skill + power point

- Must Excellent or having Good knowledge of Excel Formula

- Good English skills (listening, Speaking and writing)

- Willing to be in contract hire

At least 3 years experiences as Relationship Manager SME Lending/Commercial Lending in Banking Industry.

Excellent selling skills and extensive networking.

Excellent communication skills and able to maintain strong relationship.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills both English & Bahasa.
