Chief Product Operations Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Support the owner in fundraising ventures if necessary.
• Collaborate with the owner on three-year plans for corporate growth and evolution.
• Be a strong project manager who plans, executes, and controls what is needed to succeed.
• Helm budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the senior management team
• Be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team of IT, Design, Content Management, Admin, Marketing, both within the company and with business partners
• Manage employees and train them in the latest skills to better serve our customers.
• Develop and integrate staffing programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talent.
• Be an international person with an advanced understanding for cross-country relations, different cultures, user behaviors and target audiences both business and consumer.
• Ensure all initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture.
• Assist with financial projections and analyses of existing business and expansion plans.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Requirement:

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH
• Super strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience in FMCG, brand management, telco, and/or content management is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively with internal leaders as well as external customers and partners.
• Understanding of business functions in IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
• Has OKR implementation experience (supervising, training, control of OKR overall)
• Proven experience as Operations Manager/Chief Operating Officer or relevant roles with a minimum of 5 Years of experience
• Has IT Product Development experience from scratch
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business/product development
