Role Overview:

As our visionary CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious mission forward. We are seeking an exceptional individual who is passionate about AI, sales, marketing, and disrupting traditional models. With your technical prowess and strategic mindset, you will lead the development and implementation of our groundbreaking AI-enabled platform. Responsibilities:

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and identify emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be leveraged to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture design to implementation and deployment of the AI-enabled platform.
• Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, utilizing AI to enhance sales and marketing for FMCG companies.
• Drive continuous improvement in product performance, scalability, security, and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or in a similar leadership position within the technology industry.
• Strong expertise and passion for AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics. We realise this is a fast-moving and fast-changing field. You will be passionate and committed to being ahead with practical uses of this changing area
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering innovative AI-enabled solutions, preferably within the retail or FMCG sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of scalable software architecture, cloud computing, and agile development methodologies.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a talented technology team.
• A good fully conversational knowledge of English is a must have qualification
