Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead the creation of compelling messaging, positioning, and content that effectively communicates our IT solutions' value to target audiences.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals, driving brand awareness and market presence.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate industry shifts.
  • Oversee the development of creative and impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.


Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach within the sales team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with product development and customer support.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that maximizes revenue generation and accelerates business growth.


Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to identify business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our market presence, expand customer reach, and drive revenue growth.


Data Analysis and Performance Measurement:

  • Utilize data analytics to assess marketing campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and market trends, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and sales departments and continuously monitor performance against goals.


Executive Leadership:

  • Provide insightful input on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's strategic direction, contribute to overall business planning, and drive organizational growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing and sales performance.
  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the IT solutions or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, technology trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in managing strategic partnerships and alliances is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
