GM Sales (FMCG)


BTI Executive Search is working with our client in the FMCG industry. They are looking for an experienced professional for the role of GM Sales (FMCG).


:


  • Identify and explore opportunities to open new markets and product verticals, ensuring the company's continued growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and timely delivery of products.
  • Lead the sales team and drive the overall sales strategy for the FMCG company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, maximizing sales potential and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution, to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Utilize more than 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements to anticipate market changes and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and market penetration.


Requirements:


  • More than 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong track record in sales and business development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
  • Proven experience in successfully opening new markets or product verticals, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
