Job Description


  • Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs
  • Provide CG (Communication Guide) and conduct training to stakeholders both in English and Bahasa
  • Work with Product and Business Teams and assist to develop and review/execute test cases based on the business requirements
  • Primarily conduct end-to-end testing for the [input product here]
  • Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Lead
  • Report bugs and errors to Development Teams promptly for investigation, and ensure close monitoring of defect resolution and retest


Requirements


  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
  • Candidates with 0 to 1 year of working experiences are welcomed
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Science or any related field
  • Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
  • Possessing 1-2 years of experience in testing UAT projects in will be an advantage
  • Highly goal driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
