Lazada digital goods team is building digital goods platform for users in SEA. Digital goods team provide the service such as : Utility bills payment ,Mobile Topup,flights/hotel booking/OTA service and Local service .Join us ! Let us create more value to users and change the world make it better !

Responsibilities

• Work closely with supply side to negotiate and integrate to provide better user experience and pricing
• Be responsible for category's operations job in SEA including BRD preparation/review, product review, dashboard creation, seller management, user segmentation, supply side operations, and campaign mechanism
• Work closely with local BD, regional product, designer, and legal team in project basis to ensure the end-to-end product development and prioritization
• Work closely with local BD to expedite the project progress according to timeline planned and solve any blockers occur
• Preparation for product launch and collaborate with related stakeholders to improve the user service and awareness
• Initiate business plan/playbook to enable digital goods category in SEA, set up the success metrics and plan the strategy to achieve category's performance target
• Be responsible to overall performance of category in digital goods platform in SEA, including core funnel improvement. Do a root cause analysis, problem solving, deep-dive data analysis, and competitor analysis to ensure the better user experience and target achievement

Job Requirements

• With deeply marketing understanding and well know competitor strategic and product management preferred.
• Excellent business planning skills and experiences preferred. Including critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills
• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce or IT industry, Management consultant/analyst/associate in related business also preferred
• Optimism attitude to the world with Excellent data analyze ability, and with SQL query ability preferred;
• Excellent Executive ability and Self driving ability preferred.
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Business planning or Equivalent.
