Digital Banking Product Manager

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna are looking for Product Development Digital Initiative & Partnership Lead who will be responsible for the following:

• Manage end-to-end project management following Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's framework from organizing product plan, build partnership commercial plan, initialize the project, assist in defining business case, user requirement, and justification
• Initiated, analyzed, and launched new project/product ideas
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for developing digital products and services for Bank Sahabat Sampoerna and managing all project documentation needed in order to submit an application permit to the regulators

For this role, we will need someone who:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Having a minimum 3-years experience in Business & Product Development in banking
• High attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach to work
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze, model, interpret and communicate the data
• Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Team Player and work well with others.
• Experience in digital banking or open banking projects is preferred
