(Digital Bank) Director Of Strategy And Banking Operation

About the Company

Our client is a leading commercial digital bank that has been publicly listed in Indonesian stock market, providing current and saving account, loans, investment credit, mobile banking, and other related products and services.

:

• Identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the bank.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the objectives.
• Oversee the financial performance of the bank, setting budgeting and financial planning strategies, and working closely with the finance department.
• Coordinate with the risk management team to maintain and manage risks to the bank and its customers.
• Oversee the implementation of the strategic business plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage teamwork, and inspire staff to achieve their potential.
• Ensure the smooth running of the bank's daily operations, including decision-making, managing resources, and developing operational procedures and policies.
• Maintain an understanding of competitive products, market trends, and industry developments to position the bank effectively with customers and the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of relationships within the banking industry, with customers, business partners, and local communities.

Your Qualification:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff.
• 8+ years of senior-level experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a significant portion in a digital environment.
• Having overseas education background is highly preferred.
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the bank to a broad range of stakeholders and constituencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
