Sales Strategy Jobs

We are looking for a Sales Strategy to define our company’s direction and develop plans to realize our business objectives. You will help us maintain our day to day sales achievement and to ensure all of our sales performance and activities have run as planned. As a sales strategy, you need to analyze all of the sales processes and be driven with problem solving. Strategic thinking, project management and organizational operations are the most important skills in this role. If you also have experience in market research and business operations, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our company adapt to changes and grow.

Responsibilities:

● Collect and analyze data to build a strong strategy and improve sales process productivity

● Provide insights in the company’s sales efficiency and create plans to emerge system and break down strategic enhancement

● Generate regular reports and ad-hoc in-depth evaluation of business performance (in daily, weekly & monthly basis)

● Prepare and coordinate with managers or other divisions, if needed, and communicate with the sales and marketing team regarding activity initiatives, marketing collateral, including but not limited to slides, proposals, script, Q&A, newsletter, flyers, etc.

● Design and implement a project to accelerate the sales performance to make sure all of the centers can achieve their target. Mainly working with multiple stakeholders to assist in the coordination of internal multi-projects.

● Provide deep analysis and recommendations for new initiatives or business models and drive processes.

● Evaluate industry trends and growth and make recommendations on changes to the focus and resource allocation.

● Conduct research about the market competition to identify threats and opportunities, also industry trends and market changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

● BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.

● Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as a Strategic Planner / Business Consultant / Project Management

● Demonstrating strong analytics and research skills

● Excellent in project management, communication, and leadership skills

● Familiar to work with Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet / Ms. Excel is the must)
