As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Strong leadership and team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputable universities
• Fit in PwC values 
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Indonesia
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem - solving skills
• Proven experience using Microsoft office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
• Proven leadership and expertise in specific industry knowledge or functional knowledge e.g. strategy, supply chain, procurement, retail & consumer goods, health/hospital, government & public services etc
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting
• 15+ years experience in a consulting firm / strategic planning / industri specific required
