Program & Strategy Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Program & Strategy Manager to lead our financial services product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive growth and profitability for our lending products. Your expertise in program management, combined with a strategic mindset, will be instrumental in achieving our organizational objectives.

What you'll do:

• Work with lending partners on day-to-day coordination
• External Stakeholder Management
• Revenue Tracking
• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders like Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, etc
• Liaise with Key external stakeholders like service and solution providers for RFP
• Internal Stakeholder Management
• Work with CEO on Lending Strategy
• Track all initiatives related to lending including OKR and Progress
