Job Description

As part of our effort to continue providing service excellence, and to implement our initiatives to fulfill digital transformation and develop new capabilities, Bluebird is looking for Head of Digital Product


What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for digital transformation within the transportation industry and define a roadmap for product development and innovation.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across digital products and services. Work closely with UX designers to conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to transportation and digital products. Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies, such as IoT (Internet of Things), artificial intelligence, or data analytics, to enhance the company's digital offerings and improve operational efficiency.
  • API Integration: Identify and implement Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to integrate with external systems and services. Foster partnerships with relevant third-party providers, such as mapping services, payment gateways, or data providers, to enhance the functionality and value of the transportation company's digital platforms and applications.
  • Application Development: Lead the development of mobile and web applications tailored to the transportation sector. Collaborate with software engineers and developers to design, build, test, and deploy robust and scalable applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet customer requirements.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and performance of digital products. Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to track product usage, user engagement, and revenue generation. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize product performance.
  • Platform Monetization: Explore monetization opportunities for the transportation company's platforms and applications. Identify revenue models such as subscription-based services, in-app purchases, or advertising partnerships. Collaborate with business development teams to develop pricing strategies and partnerships that generate sustainable revenue streams.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to product launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Platform Strategy: Define and execute a platform strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Identify opportunities to develop or enhance digital platforms that cater to the transportation industry's unique needs, such as fleet management systems, booking platforms, or logistics optimization tools.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with customer support and engagement teams to understand customer feedback and pain points. Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement in digital products and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Platform Analytics: Establish analytics frameworks and tracking mechanisms to gather data on platform and application performance. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics or custom analytics platforms to monitor user behavior, track key metrics, and derive insights to drive continuous improvement and inform product development decisions.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the transportation industry. Stay informed about industry innovations and competitors' digital offerings. Leverage market insights to drive product differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.


What You Need to Have:

  • Excellence in product strategy efficient
  • Experience handling digital product for min. 5 years will be a plus
  • Experience for min. 12 years
  • Habitual to with user centric design
  • Excellence in agile product management
  • Confidently and proven as decision maker
  • Passionate to be data driven person
