Head Of Product | Social Commerce

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product for our portfolio company. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Continuously evaluate the product portfolio to identify areas for improvement, expansion, or retirement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.

Product Roadmap and Execution:

• Monitor and measure the success of product launches, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate the product vision into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of product releases and meet business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive the product development process, including defining requirements, managing sprints, and ensuring high-quality product releases.

• Strong background in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
