Job Description

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for SME Lending Product Development Manager who will be responsible for the following:


  • Initiate or propose programs for the SME market that are tailored to the needs
  • Conduct socialization and coordination of SME products & programs with all related parties, so that the implementation of products / programs complies with applicable regulations and meets audit standards both internal and external
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluate new products/programs/initiatives for the SME market after they are implemented as well as provide input or review before being handed over to business units.
  • Responsible for SME Product Development according to business needs both end users (customers) and the needs of strategic partners


For this position, we will need someone who:


  • Having extensive network with regulators, providers, strategic business partners are preferable
  • Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally; collaborate & influence as part of a team
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Economic/Business
  • Certification in BSMR and APU PPT will be an added advantage
  • Able to lead work teams and provide direction
  • Experience in Banking Industry whether as Lending, Credit Analyst or Product Development
  • Deep knowledge on end-to-end business analysis and credit process
