Danamas, one of the biggest Fintech in Indonesia is looking for passionate talents to join us as Senior Relationship Manager (SME) with the responsibilities and requirements below.


Responsibilities :

  • Providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers, maintaining good relations and providing appropriate solutions to customers
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets for asset backed loan that affect revenue targets
  • Providing referrals for new developers, property agents or other referral sources with the aim of increasing work productivity in achieving the set monthly targets
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external credit support with the aim of increasing team productivity in achieving monthly targets which have been set

Requirements :

  • Willing to work on Jabodetabek, specifically DKI Jakarta
  • Background experience at least 2 years in RM, specifically in Loan Productive for SME/KPR in Banking/Multifinance industry
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Having a good communication, agile, extra mile mindset, and self management to boost the performance
  • Have knowledge in Loan product with collateral
  • Able to work under targets
