Work you’ll do

• Coach junior staff to ensure efficient task delivery
• Participate in proposal development
• Compile, analyze, and document facts for engagements
• Provide end-to-end IFRS insurance implementation advisory for insurance clients

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• At least 2 years of working experience in audit/advisory at a Big 4 Accountant Firm, preferably with experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong accounting skills, including a solid understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and IFRS, general accounting journal, financial statement reporting processes, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
