Product Development Senior Manager | Beauty

Our portfolio company is a vibrant and innovative beauty brand that takes immense pride in curating a collection of locally crafted, highly effective, and impeccably safe products, designed exclusively for you. As they continue to expand their market presence and growth, they are currently seeking a passionate Product Development expert to join the team. This is your opportunity to drive the end-to-end process of the product development from product research, ingredient recommendation & sourcing, pricing management, and marketing communication.

• Create the right pricing strategy for all new products
• Conduct market research & panel test for new products
• Monitor the projects progress to keep the target launch on time and achieving product quality more effectively
• Develop and deliver product communication strategies for new product launch
• Plan & develop new products strategy, including but not limited to developing product brief and formulation for new products, working together with sourcing team to source for the raw ingredient, market research of new products, and many more.
• Oversee registration of new products in accordance to Indonesian legal compliance

Key Requirements

• Experience in beauty industry, pharmaceutical company, or FMCG company will be a major plus
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with minimum 3-5 years experience dealing with product development and formulation
• Passionate in the beauty industry, following trends and developments in the beauty industry
• Experience in project management, experience working with production facilities is a plus
