Contribute to and drive the Footwear Sourcing Strategic Roadmap.

Oversee the execution of Indonesia sourcing partner factory strategies & capacity planning for all manufacturing tiers.

Oversee production methods and partner with the Lean/Industrial Engineering team to introduce improvement guidelines and metrics to enhance output and quality.

Build strong relationship with various levels of leadership in both Brooks and factories.

Facilitate change by influencing people and organizations without authority.

Have a minimum of three years of experience in product development, preferably in valve industry.

Passionate to explore new ideas and willingness to take broader responsibilities.

Responsible in all process of developing the new products & existing products

Meet sales/marketing needs for the products needed by customers

Do a market analysis of the products..

Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

Excellent product sense, proven brand and business management skills, strong marketing skills, organization skills, general business acumen

Must have expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign traditional hands on design techniques

Minimum 3+ years experience in shoe design

Research design ideas, materials and fashion trends

Use computer aided design (CAD) and traditional hand-drawing techniques

Create your own original designs or adapt existing ones

-Bachelor’s or associate degree and work experience in footwear and accessories is preferred

-Deep knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends

-at least 1 year of experience in the same position.

-Comprehensive knowledge of shoe and bag building from the design sketch phase to manufacturing

-Has an excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeals

-Has the ability to visualize things in three dimensions

1 year of experience or less with strong portfolio

Create and develop design for fashion items (footwear, apparel, etc)

Implement existing graphic design to fashion items

Create product's prototype of fashion items

Up to date with fashion trends (fashion design, material, visual content, & market behavior)

Familiar with 2D software for prototyping fashion items

Analytical thinking and time management skills are important

Strategize and plan for innovation in shoe development, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Provide mentorship and guidance to Dev 1 & Dev 2, fostering their professional growth and skill development align with PCC Vision

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in shoe manufacturing.

Minimum 5 years of shoe manufacturing experience

Good written and spoken English communication skills are required

Bachelor’s degree or above, open for any education background.

Possess strong achievement-orientation, goals-oriented, leadership skill and team work building.

Performs presentations, negotiations, system integrations, product demonstrations, consulting and solutions to customers.

Possess strong networking in Footwear products trading channel (retail stores/ outlet, reseller, distributors, or main dealers).

Capable in speaking Mandarin will be very considered.

Willing to travel all-around Indonesia to oversee all branches selling progress.

Work together with Manager according Customer meeting and Supplier meeting.

Ability to explain the 3D part creation start from 0 until mass production stage. (Bottom Tooling experiences not Pattern Maker)

Rhinoceros software experience is a must

Bachelor's degree from technical background related field/equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in shoe industry, 2D/3D CAD, designing running shoe.

Experience in running shoe industry is an advantage.

Experience in project management, experience working with production facilities is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with minimum 3-5 years experience dealing with product development and formulation

Experience in beauty industry, pharmaceutical company, or FMCG company will be a major plus

Strong management and leadership skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business, logistics, management or related fields from an accredited institution

Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

Experienced in product development and management

At least 3+ years experience in skincare and cosmetics industry

Manage development and production timeline to ensure samples and finished products are delivered ON TIME, ON SPECS, ON BUDGET.

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Footwear industry.

Casual shoes experience is a must.

Solid knowledge of product development, commercialization and footwear production process.

Good technical knowledge of pattern/tooling.

Establish and oversee QA/QC standards to ensure all finished products comply with brand quality standards.
