YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

• Act as on-site decision maker for the brand and work with the Factory/Production team to ensure all issues are addressed and socialised throughout all stages of manufacturing.
• Actively communicate with the Product Design team during all stages of the development process.
• Analyse, document and make action plan that address all risks and issues found during developmen and production stage.
• Manage development and production timeline to ensure samples and finished products are delivered ON TIME, ON SPECS, ON BUDGET.
• Stay current on emerging trends in footwear styles, materials and construction methods.
• Give guidance in regards to the most suitable materials, components and construction process for production feasibility.
• Establish and oversee QA/QC standards to ensure all finished products comply with brand quality standards.
• Develop SOP, Best Practice Manual and other relevant documents, to assure consistency and improvements in manufacturing process.

WHAT YOUR BRINGS :

• Sense of costing and continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of product development, commercialization and footwear production process.
• You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school, diploma or Bachelor’s degree any major.
• Casual shoes experience is a must.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Footwear industry.
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good technical knowledge of pattern/tooling.
• Teamwork, curiosity, creative thinking as well as learning mindset.
