FOOTWEAR DESIGNER

We're looking for a talented product designerto join our team

REQUIREMENTS :

-Bachelor’s or associate degree and work experience in footwear and accessories is preferred

-Deep knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends

-Full-time in East Jakarta

-Has an excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeals

-Has the ability to visualize things in three dimensions

-Ability to work in a team, have high initiative and work under pressure

-Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with the most recent trends.

-at least 1 year of experience in the same position.

-Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop

-Excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITY :

-Comprehensive knowledge of shoe and bag building from the design sketch phase to manufacturing

-Conducted trend research and created inspiration boards for a new collection

-Develop and design to achieve commercialization

-Overseeing sampling and managing the entire design process from the conception phase to the manufacturing

-Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabric, color, and shape

-Engage in team brainstorming activities (present ideas, suggest improvements to designs, etc)

-Work closely with sales & marketing, merchandiser, and production teams ongoing basis to ensure the design suits the customer, market, and price points

-Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations whenever necessary

-Positive and professional attitude and ability to work in a team.
