Junior Architect Jobs

Our client, a growing general contractor and interior design company based in West Jakarta, is looking for a Junior Architect.The Junior Architect will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, as well as manage and create 2D/3D models and AutoCAD drawings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with project team. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design and architectural and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings)
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Strong creative and communication skills
