Corporate Architect Jobs

Job Requirements:

• Good onceptual and technical skills with great attention to detail
• Creative and Innovative
• Should have STRA from IAI, or will be requested to acquire it, should he/she accepted
• Knowledge of site work and progress is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree In Architecture from a reputable university
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Have a good understanding of client’s needs and interpret them into design
• Minimum 5 years of experience, especially in Hospitality Design
• Have the ability to work within a team as well as independently

You must have the ability to:

• Coordinate with Clients, Project Managers, and Contractors
• Involvement in the progress of various permits within the project (PBG, SLF, Safety, etc).
• Review design and construction drawings
• Supervise ongoing projects
• Coordinate with other consultants (MEP, Structure, etc) and other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc)
• Create Architectural hotel design from concept to design development
