Koding Next, the leading coding and technology school in South-East Asia, is currently looking for Curriculum Coordinator.

Job Overview :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Coding/IT Curriculum Coordinator. The Coding/IT Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Coding and IT curriculum for Koding Next. The person will also work closely with the teaching team to ensure that the curriculum are relevant and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and standards.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English and leadership skills, experience in teaching and creating teaching materials, strong IT skills, Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Work closely with the Head of Curriculum to oversee the Products Team.

● Lead and manage a team of curriculum creators and trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the curriculum development process.

● Collaborate closely with education experts, instructional designers, and subject matter specialists to conceptualize, design, and create engaging curriculum materials for young learners.

● Ensure that curriculum content aligns with our educational philosophy, learning objectives, and standards for early childhood education.

● Oversee the development of lesson plans, teaching resources, and activities that cater to the specific needs and developmental stages of our target age group.

● Guide the team in conducting regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.

● Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including design and technology, to integrate interactive and innovative approaches into the curriculum.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in early childhood education, pedagogical methods, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate training sessions for educators and trainers on the effective use of curriculum materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience in creating, developing, and delivering IT and coding curriculum.
• Ability to work as a team player, both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, education, or a related field.
• Experience working with various education delivery methods such as blended learning, online learning, and project-based learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and tools such as Java, Python, Scratch, etc).
