Job Description

About Our Client
A German Company Shoes Manufacturer

  • Work together with Manager according Customer meeting and Supplier meeting.
  • Create clear plan for the product creation.
  • Create internal meeting schedule according to product design review.
  • Rhinoceros software experience is a must
  • Ability to explain the grading method, especially for the complex grouping, locking part and accessories.
  • Create complete 2D/3D product design of footwear for running shoe and accessories with less supervision.
  • Bring idea which is out of the box to provide brand new innovation /ideas (texturing/grading).
  • Ability to explain the 3D part creation start from 0 until mass production stage. (Bottom Tooling experiences not Pattern Maker)
The Successful Applicant
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shoe industry, 2D/3D CAD, designing running shoe.
  • Bachelor's degree from technical background related field/equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in running shoe industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills of product design software/CAD tools, especially for Software Skill in Footwear Design, Shoemaker, Rhinoceros, Texturing Software, Grasshopper, Moldflow & Grading Shoe.
