Co-own the business performance goals & lead data-led problem solving to find actionable insights to growth loan business portfolio

Deep dive and solved key issues to support operational team and making sure the bestbest operational process, including complain handling

Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirement.

Min. education in Diploma degree (vocational degree open to apply).

Have experience as hardware salesman at least 1 year of experience.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Possess an in-depth comprehension and extensive knowledge of the products.

Adept at coordinating with sales teams, understanding their requirements, and aligning technical solutions accordingly.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into product concepts and strategies.

Lead the end-to-end product development process, from idealization to commercialization, for new beauty products across various categories.

Coordinate with internal or external parties (Laboratory / Manufacture / Vendors) in the process of making prototype samples and product timelines

Manage product development process to ensure that it fits product launch targets in quality, quantity, and deadline-wise

Provide technical product information and knowledge for the whole team for Marketing and Quality Control purpose

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to trends, footwear design and production

Ability to explain the 3D part creation start from 0 until mass production stage. (Bottom Tooling experiences not Pattern Maker)

Rhinoceros software experience is a must

Bachelor's degree from technical background related field/equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in shoe industry, 2D/3D CAD, designing running shoe.

Experience in running shoe industry is an advantage.
