Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Research and Development in the beauty industry
  • Mastering the ability to analyze market trends and product
  • Have a breadth of knowledge in product Innovation including formulations, ingredients science & development
  • Stays current with the latest trends in beauty, skin care, and personal care industry
  • Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation & process
  • Have enthusiasm and empathy
  • Office: Sleman, Yogyakarta


:

  • Translate customer needs to product innovations and new formulations
  • Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production & meet cosmetic regulations
  • Identify consumers' needs through market research which includes competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs, observe the latest industry trends
  • Identify areas for improvements, and new sourcing opportunities
  • Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch
