Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into product concepts and strategies.

Lead the end-to-end product development process, from idealization to commercialization, for new beauty products across various categories.

Coordinate with internal or external parties (Laboratory / Manufacture / Vendors) in the process of making prototype samples and product timelines

Identify barriers for MDR-TB case management and working with staff and stakeholders to address barriers and ensure project objectives are met.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NTP approved TB policies and guidelines and ensure the project follows best practices.

Minimum 5 years of experience, including prior experience TB and MDR TB

Preferably have knowledge of Visa/Master/GPN Card Management System, Supply chain and distribution management.

Have Advanced database / excel skills

Ensuring the SLA for Cards production and delivery are in accordance with the targets set by Bank Jago.

Review agreements with vendors and do a follow up if there are changes that needed to be made
