About The Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap proyek-proyek standardized sebagai sistem owner dan di dalam struktur organisasi proyek, khususnya:
• Bersama dengan user, dan pihak terkait melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Bersama dengan user, dan pihak terkait melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Melengkapi dokumen terkait dengan UAT Sign off
• Bekerja sama dengan user pengguna untuk melakukan Health Check / LV (Live Verification).
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap proyek-proyek standardized yang di inisiasi oleh Divisi Retail Operations, khususnya:
• Membuat / Mereview CR (Change Request), BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Design, Rencana Kerja Testing User (UAT Plan) mengenai program baru/ modifikasi/ perbaikan
• Memonitor jadwal proyek yang sedang berlangsung dikerjakan (in progress) untuk diusahakan supaya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target date yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
• Melakukan review terhadap dokument proyek, seperti CR (Change Request), BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Spe cification Design), Rencana Kerja Testing User (UAT Plan) mengenai program baru/ modifikasi/ perbaikan

Job Requirements

• Bisa berbahasa Inggris baik Lisan maupun Tulisan
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi dan Informasi
• Pengalaman sebagai Business Analyst
• Pengalaman dalam menghandle Loan Originating System, Credit Card dan Banking System
• Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di perbankan dan IT
• Mengerti dan memahami SDLC
