Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge / Experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification and other Project Management Certifications will be plus points.

Stakeholder management capability at different levels

Management and tracking of all pre-defined delivery metrics, process compliance, productivity and enforce/facilitate corrective actions when deviations are observed and encountered.

Should have a clear understanding of Business ROI and I/P & O/P data requirement flows of each project/program.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in the engineering organization or a product organization using standard Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)

Experienced in using Warehouse Management System

Bachelor or Diploma's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields

Manage the stock control and ensure the inventory accuracy

At least 3 years of experience in similar role, with a strong background in cold storage operations

Good presentation skills in English

Oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in the storage facility, ensuring all products are handled correctly and safely

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at least have an internship as business analyst

Running campaigns / marketing programs

Creating reports / tracking data (MIS)

Analyzing reports, results of marketing campaigns / programs and various other data

Running several projects within the Business Unit Card and Loan Portfolio environment

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Bertanggung jawab terhadap proyek-proyek standardized yang di inisiasi oleh Divisi Retail Operations, khususnya:

Bersama dengan user, dan pihak terkait melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Bertanggung jawab terhadap proyek-proyek standardized sebagai sistem owner dan di dalam struktur organisasi proyek, khususnya:

Melengkapi dokumen terkait dengan UAT Sign off

Bekerja sama dengan user pengguna untuk melakukan Health Check / LV (Live Verification).

Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di perbankan dan IT

Have a min of 3 years of work experience and have experience in the field of Bank Card Management.

Preferably have knowledge of Visa/Master/GPN Card Management System, Supply chain and distribution management.

Have Advanced database / excel skills

Ensuring the SLA for Cards production and delivery are in accordance with the targets set by Bank Jago.

Review agreements with vendors and do a follow up if there are changes that needed to be made

Make invoice payments to vendors in accordance with the deadlines
