Warehouse And Delivery Supervisor, F&B

Our Client is an international distribution company specializes in high quality fine foods across Asia, Middle East and Europe. To further support their business in Indonesia, they are looking for a Warehouse and Delivery Supervisor to be based in their office at Jakarta. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operations in their storage facility and delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse and delivery operations, continuously improving the processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
• Liaise and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party logistic provider
• Manage the stock control and ensure the inventory accuracy
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
• Oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in the storage facility, ensuring all products are handled correctly and safely

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good presentation skills in English
• Experienced in using Warehouse Management System
• Bachelor or Diploma's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role, with a strong background in cold storage operations
