Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement streamlined approaches to enhance product delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor end to end product delivery progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to gather feedback, address customer concerns, and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements, features, and timelines.
  • Manage the entire product delivery lifecycle, from planning and implementation to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to product delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and efficient execution of product delivery plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Product requirement, including delivery plan, customer journey, business flow, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within defined timelines.
  • Proven experience in product delivery or project management roles within the telecommunications industry, preferably in Fixed Mobile Convergence.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, services, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Framework is preferred.
