Qualifications :

1.In-depth experience in enterprise IT products and services, preferably in Customer Experience products

2.At least 5 years of working experience in a senior position related to enterprise IT solutions, preferably in a product management, business analyst, or pre-sale role

3.Broad knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and possess good understanding of latest market trends

4.Resourceful with good business acumen

5.Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders

6.Able to perform deep analysis of product features and relate them to business needs

7.Fundamental knowledge of business finance and able to perform costing and pricing analysis

8.Bachelor degree in engineering, computer sciences, or a related field

2.Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategy and all required product literatures

3.Perform market research and competitive analysis of related products

4.Educate internal teams on the products from selling to marketing and delivery
